Customers

Dashboard → Customers is the customer workspace. It combines customer records from your store, merchant API imports, and site activity into one profile per shopper.

Directory

The Directory tab lists profiles, 100 at a time (select Load more for more).

  • Summary cards show Profiles loaded, At-risk customers (churn risk of 70% or more), Predictions ready, and Currencies represented. Values in different currencies are not converted.
  • Search by name, email, phone, or customer ID.
  • Filter by status (Active, Suppressed, Consent revoked, or all), site, and list. Turn on Anonymous to show visitors who have not been identified.
  • Columns show the customer, lifecycle stage, Confirmed value, Churn risk, Next purchase, and last seen.

Email addresses and phone numbers are masked unless your role includes View customer identity. Each reveal is recorded in the audit log.

Manage a profile

Actions depend on your role:

  • Edit profile updates editable details.
  • Suppress changes the profile's status to Suppressed; Restore returns it to Active.
  • Merge combines another profile into this one. Merging cannot be undone.
  • Delete removes identity details immediately. Activity and derived data are removed according to their retention periods.

Customer profiles cannot be exported from the dashboard.

Lists

The Lists tab holds customer lists for filtering and targeting. A list is either static or dynamic. In the dashboard, a dynamic list matches customers whose lifecycle stage equals a chosen value.
