Partner Intelligence
Partner Intelligence shows what affiliate partners actually contribute after commission. It compares what AWIN and CJ confirm against what your store recorded and flags differences for review. Open Dashboard → Partner results.
Before you start
- Connect AWIN and/or CJ in Integrations.
- Enable advertiser partner attribution on the site's storefront. See Partner attribution.
- Send authoritative orders to Upsurge, so store results can be compared with network results.
Attribution setup
On the Attribution setup tab, choose Advertiser intelligence for the site (or Off), then configure:
- Attribution window — 1–90 days. The most recent eligible partner click gets credit. Voucher mappings apply only when no click exists.
- Reporting timezone.
- Estimate missing product cost (%) — used for gross profit when a product has no cost.
- Voucher-to-partner mappings and commission estimates — up to 100 each; a commission estimate can apply to one partner or all partners.
Select Save attribution setup. Publisher-mode sites are not shown in Partner Intelligence; publisher reporting is available through the API.
Read partner results
Filter by website, partner network (AWIN + CJ, AWIN, or CJ), date range, and currency. The default range is the last 30 days.
The summary cards build on each other: Commissionable revenue, Gross profit, Network commission, and Partner contribution (gross profit less commission). Figures are labeled Confirmed by the partner network or Recorded by your store.
- Contribution over time compares network-confirmed and store-recorded results. Refunds appear on the original order date.
- The partner and landing-page table shows clicks, CVR (partner clicks that became confirmed orders), revenue, gross profit, commission, contribution, assisted value, and a quality label: Exact, Estimated, or Incomplete.
- Partner connections shows each network connection's health, last update, and matched orders.
Select a partner to see its financial statement, landing-page and voucher results, and the items to review.
Review differences
Needs review lists orders where the network and store disagree:

Refresh and export
- Refresh results pulls the latest transactions from each connected AWIN and CJ account. It can take a few minutes and requires permission to run integration syncs.
- Export confirmed CSV downloads the partner table with partner, landing page, voucher, clicks, orders, conversion rate, revenue, gross profit, commission, contribution, assisted value, currency, cost and commission sources, and review status. It requires the Export analytics permission.
